About M.T. Fiore & Associates

M.T. Fiore & Associates, LLC was founded with certain goals and principles in mind. They’re primary goal is to help businesses become more effective and grow. They apply proven technical and operation principles used every day by large corporations to the foundation of Small to Medium sized Businesses. 

My Role as Administrative and Digital Media Assistant

I began my time at M.T. Fiore and associates consulting as an Administrative Assistant, working managing and organizing clerical data. Then I moved on to Digital Media Assistant, working internally within the company as well as with clients. 

My initial day-to-day operations included:

• Reviewing, categorizing, and inputting data into spreadsheets
• Working on site navigating networking and operational issues
• Creation of info and motion graphics
• Content management
• Video editing
• Creating promotional materials for various websites
  

I worked with clients such as Health Care Development Solutions, Central Delaware Speech Language Pathology and Studioality in web design, online recruitment, marketing, and sales. 

Through this experience I was able to provide my skills in content web design across the real estate, private and state medical practices. I was given valuable experience of working on a project to project basis, refining skills across multiple concentrations. This also allowed me to work with different creative teams, working alongside web design companies for valuable team experience.
